Rakurou Hizutome

Rakurou, better known by his nickname "Sunraku," is an enthusiast of Kusoge (shit games); games that are well-known for buggy states, unfair mechanics and awful AI. He is well known by his friends as a Kusoge fanatic and lunatic. Thanks to the skills Sunraku has built up playing such awful games, he becomes a more motivated and better player the crappier the hand a game deals him.
